great location clean entrance nice aircon
The location is top. it was near many bars and restaurants. the entrance was clean with indoor and outdoor seating. It had NICE aircon. i liked the provided toiletries.

The hotel has four pool areas. Sunlounger availability was good. i had no problem getting a lounger. the rooftop pool provided amazing views. the rooms were clean.

thin walls non-working air conditioning
The room was super clean the location was good.
I had some issues with noise the walls seemed thin I could hear people in other rooms and in the hallway. The air conditioning did not work for the first few days of my stay , made things quite uncomfortable.

I found multiple pools offering options for both adults and children. Breakfast had a wide selection, aiding exploration before seeing local sights. The staff were helpful. I felt welcome throughout my visit. The hotel's central location was close to many restaurants and bars.
More elevators would improve transit during peak times

My room featured modern decor and effective air conditioning. I felt comfortable. A free safe was in the room. It added security for valuables. The housekeeping service maintained a high standard of cleanliness daily, but the room was a bit noisy.

Four pools catered to children and adults. The hotel offered a rooftop terrace, it provided a bar service. The gym required reservations. This ensured availability. There was not on-site parking.

The reception staff were professional. They always helped with my requests. The bar staff were really good! They offered friendly and efficient service. The dining staff worked hard. They maintained cleanliness.

Breakfast included many choices. There was something for everyone! I enjoyed the risotto I had one night. The hotel allowed dinner swaps for lunch, but you must provide 24 hours' notice. Not all the dining staff smiled. -.
